 | 12:29 pm Passed along from lamardeuse in LJ, ten things I love that start with T:
Well, to start with, tea, in almost every version I've ever had. And herbal tisanes as well.
Trees. The tall oaks in the back yard here, the cottowoods up north, the piƱon pines out west.
Teal'c, surely the most awesome Jaffa in this or any other galaxy.
Thunderstorms, especially those with light shows that I can watch from somewhere safe and dry. I remember as a child watching the lightning cracle over the woods as I fell asleep.
Tionesta National Forest in northwestern Pennsylvania, which had, before a tornado some years ago, a stand of tall timber that had never been logged or cut at all. Trees like skyscrapers, more than 400 years old and healthy, and the hush within that space seemed to me like an echo of what people heard there centuries ago.
Tanglefoot, a Canadian band that writes and performs amazing wonderful folk/country music.
Twisting fibers, aka spinning, including blends with Tencel and merino, which makes a soft and sturdy yarn.
And, although I wouldn't quite say I love it yet, I am fond of my new telephone, the Sanyo Katana.
T is a difficult letter!

Treehouses, terrific tv-shows, tenderness, traveling, trust, tounge, thinking, treats, tolerance, Tara, tarte aux pommes, and, finally, myself.
